Exercising for half an hour to an hour a day is very important for a healthy life. Exercise helps to lower the BP. It maintains the body and its strength. It also decreases the risk of heart diseases and diabetes.
If the gym is not your thing then count on jogging, hiking, or swimming to fulfil the requirement of exercise. The main point is to get out of your bed and get moving.
Eat a healthy diet
A healthy diet means a healthy life and healthy life means no diseases. Eating vegetables, fruits and whole grains helps to maintain good health. Try to eat dairy products that are low in fats. Indulge yourself in nuts and fish. Cut off the fatty meats and processed foods.
Eliminate the salt
Keep the level of sodium in your diet to the lowest level. Consuming too much salt tends to retain the water in the body that results in elevation of the BP. The minimum uptake of the salt should be 1500mg and maximum level should be 2300mg per day.
To lower the amount of salt in your food then count on herbs to add flavours. Cut off the processed food because they are loaded with sodium content.
